I have been a supervising casting director in the voice over auditions business and I’ll give you the nitty gritty of what I think. First of all, voiceovers are not as easy as it looks. You must always be improving. Keep that in mind that voiceovers talent isn’t just something you acquire, but also needs to be challenged and adapted all the time. Note that you have to have a good attitude when coming into voice over auditions. 

The next thing you should do is find auditions in your hometown or where you live. The trick to this is to be able to network and meet new people. If you need help on that frontier, you can always check out some books at your local library.

Try also finding a casting call for nickelodeon and do your voiceover there. Put in your city so that you know where the auditions are located.

An Honest Review Of Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince

Have you been to see the new Harry Potter film? I went to the see the film last night with my fiancée and two children. The children were especially excited to go to the cinema to watch the next instalment of Harry Potter and his friends as they have loved the previous films. In this article I will be writing our own personal review of the film.

My family had been waiting for the film to be released for quite some time and I am actually quite glad that I went to watch it. I doubt however if I will be purchasing the DVD. Why not? Well I have to say we all felt very disappointed with it; it was far too long for the amount of real action that was included within the film; it was as if they were just trying to do some form of “filler”. I have to say that the overall impression that we came away with was that this film was just a way of making a great deal of money; such a shame and such a waste.

There was a young boy a few seats away from me who fell asleep with around thirty minutes remaining – if that boy is reading this article I can tell you that you did not miss much.

I am not a film reviewer, I do many things in life but this is not one of them. I am in fact a seller of composite front doors, I also work on other projects to do with working with a group of cost reduction specialists and offering a DVD authoring service.

Now you may read in various newspaper reviews that this film is “outstanding” or “the best ever”; these are the types of adjectives that these journalists like to use. I have a question for these people; how old are you? OK so you are not a child then? This is mainly a children’s film and I have to say that the type of comments that I received from my children were as follows:

“I thought the film was never going to end”

“This was rubbish compared with the other films”

“There could have been a lot more action scenes”

“It was just on for far too long”

On a more positive note the film was quite funny in parts and also quite sad at other times. The special effects and the 3D at the start were also most impressive.
